BJ's Tire Center

Get your membership to get your tires here, it's worth it. Ron was great and super professional, gave me several options for tires at the right price to include multiple sale options available. He and his team, Liam, mounted my tires and made sure I was all set for a check after the first 50 miles. Absolutely will be a returning customer.

Given character count limits, I had to shorten my review/experience with BJs tire center in Virginia Beach. I purchased tires online through BJs on 12/27/25 and made my install appt for 1/1 at 9:30 a.m. Got there @ 9:15 and I'm told they don't open until 10:30 a.m. due to the holiday and he had stuff to do. He didn't recommend leaving my truck due to liability but then agreed. I am already regretting my purchase/decision at this point. 5 hours after my appt time around 2:32 p.m., I rec'd a call from the associate. He then explains that he is unable to do my tires because my lug nuts are swollen and the socket will not fit properly and therefore he cannot safely change the tires and is not allowed to proceed. He indicated that I had several options. I could leave the tires there, replace my lug nuts, and return for tire install on another date. I could get a full refund. Or I could pick up the tires and have them installed somewhere else. I asked for time to consider my options and call him back. A refund would have been my choice at this point, but I had paid for the tires w/ a credit card that I just paid off that morning with money I had put in savings for my tires over the past

Terrible experience from start to never even finished. I purchased 4 tires on the BJ's website to be installed at this location. $924 total. Installed. I called an hour before I was scheduled to be there to see if I could come in a little later as I was tied up. The person that answered the phone said "I was going to call you about the tires you ordered. I don't think they are the right tires for your truck". OK. Fair enough. I've never bought a full set of new tires. Even though I searched using the exact tire size that's currently on my truck, I thought I could have gotten something wrong. So, I asked the guy that answered the phone if they could email me suggestions for the right tires for my truck. He said yes. I never received an email from the tire shop. So, on Friday, I called up there to see if I could get some answers. Nobody answered. So, I left a veery detailed message and asked what I was supposed to do with the $924 purchase I made. I never got a call back. The next day, I drove up to the store to talk to them in person. When I got there, there was two employees just sitting in the bay. Not a car being serviced in sight. I went in and talked to one of the employees an

Great service! Appointment was on time and finished installing tires before I expected. No chips in the wheels. Drove home with a safe piece of mind and confidence in the bjs road hazard warranty. Most retail stores don't offer this kind of service in the tire bay. I have been shopping at sams and Costco for years and never expierenced this type of grade A service.
